What You'll Need:

• 125g Butter, softened
• 1/3 cup Golden Syrup
• 1 Egg Yolk

Simple Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. In a bowl, beat the butter, golden syrup, and egg yolk until light and creamy.
